Hello, I'm Victoria

(but most people call me Vic)

I'm a passionate Lead UX Designer, Researcher, Service Designer and Consultant, with lots of experience helping clients make great easy to use websites, tools, systems and apps, that meet the goals and needs of all users and the business, and exceed expectations! I’m skilled in a wide range of customer/user research methods, and as an INFJ (on the Myers Briggs scale), I'm easily able to empathise with users, and the business, to identify the real issues and how I can improve, fix and balance these needs for them. I use a flexible design process that allows for continual improvements, and I am happy to work with you remotely or on-site, embedded within your team, or with your client.

How I work
My (non-linear) Design Process
I am currently working in a contract role for Tesco in a UX Design capacity.  Prior to this I working full time for Pearson education in a hybrid role as a UX Researcher/Service Designer/UX Designer, and at Sainsbury's, in a User Researcher and UX Designer role, helping them to redesign their self-checkouts and other customer and colleague touchpoints, in the last few years I also worked for KPMG, working on-site at TSB, and helping them with a range of migration projects, and leading other in-house projects for TSB bank.
